Paralegal or Legal Assistant Employment Contract

This contract entered employer, referred “Employer”, employee, referred “Employee”. The Employer and Employee agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the employment of the Employee as a paralegal or legal assistant.

1. Position and Responsibilities
